Der Betriebsleiter Gregor Kapraun übernahm den Betrieb 1995 und führt ihn bis heute erfolgreich. Die Firmenphilosophie des biologischen Anbaus und dem Verzicht auf chemische Düngungs- und Schädlingsmitteln wird sehr leidenschaftlich verfolgt und auch in Zukunft beibehalten.
